Is your EGR valve still plugged in?
(I realize from your other post that you have an EGR delete, but there are numerous ways to do an EGR delete).
Have you inspected the harness for chafing?
The P2617 DTC might come from excessive cranks. As Victor mentioned in your other thread, check cam/crank sync and verify you have a valid rpm reading just to check the CKP function.
