My cruise does not work. Where do I start to fix it?

Somebody has to have some idea. Everybody's cruise has always worked perfectly?

Need more information.
Does your speedometer work OK with a steady needle?
Does the Odometer flash off and on while driving?
Is the ABS yellow lamp come on?
Has the recall on the speed control been done?
