Factory ac hoses
#2
Had mine made locally at an auto shop/supply/AC specialty place.
Was pretty quick and relatively painless price-wise, but that was about 10 years ago. And we all know how things have changed in that department!
But I would think the same method applies.
I've been in warehouses stocking hoses where there were literally 3000 part numbers. So I'm guessing that in there somewhere one of the manufacturers is still making them for your truck. But at least if you don't find them you can still have them made.
I forget which company I was helping at the time. It wasn't Four Seasons, but that is a big name in the industry. I think it was the company that makes compressor hose fittings? One of the companies associated with Tru-Flate maybe?
Sorry can't remember.
Good luck.

Looks like classic auto air/old air has a set of hoses. Also found individual hoses at National parts depot. Local kenworth place says they might be able to make them. I am going to take the hose in and see what they can do tomorrow.
I recently blew up and replaced the motor on my daily driver and now lost the OD in the same car waiting on a new transmission. Funds are tight otherwise I would pull the trigger on my serpentine setup. I have everything to do it except I want to use a new known good compressor and conversion fittings or new custom hoses. Hate to buy a new factory hose if it won't work but I guess I can do without AC for awhile.
Dealer gave me number d7tz-19867-a if anybody needs it.

D7TZ-19867-A .. Suction A/C Line-Evaporator to Compressor - Use with factory installed integral A/C (Motorcraft YF-702) / Obsolete
1977 F100/350 from serial number O60,001; 1978/79 F100/350 & Bronco.
No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
-------------------------------------------------------
Besides the suction line, there are two others: Liquid line = Dryer to Evaporator & Discharge line = Compressor to Condenser.
NAPA can make up new A/C hoses using bulk hose, fittings and clamps.
