Parking Brake Adjustment

Been using the parking brake on my 2016 F-350, 4X4, a few times a week while at the boat launching ramp to help taking strain away from the transmission by just using park. The ramp is steep, & the boat weight is about 6K lbs. The parking brake no longer holds the load like it once did. Only 17K on the truck & the brakes are in good shape. Is this an adjustment, OR a trip to the dealer that I don't want.

Should all still be under warranty, so I'd just take it to the dealer. Parking brake shouldn't wear that quick.
