Tilt Steering Lock
I have a 89 Bronco with tilt steering, but the steering does not stay in place. Not that it locks from turning, but it the tilt location does not stay put. Before I tear it apart looking for the problem, does anyone know what part might be the problem?

Mine did that and it seems it was that comb like piece had worn. Try to find a diagram. Got my parts from a bone yard van. I think my previous owner pulled himself up into the seat with the steering wheel.
