Gotcha. People seem to frown on cummins trucks on this forum. Thought you was thinking it's a stroke. 5x18 injectors. 67 over a 75 compound turbos

Wow! Humphrey that is a heck of a build. I really like it. Probably have a lot less into it than we do just trying to run the 7.3 at 400 to 450hp.....
And good work!

We like Cummins, just not the POS thin metal, POS interior, ugly designed Dodge truck it comes in! Nice picture, BEAST!

I bent the pinion on that sterling 2 pulls ago. Must have bent it when the traction bars bent and let the axle roll enough to break the 1350 yoke. I put a 1410 forged yoke on it and changed the driveshaft at the same time. I figured the driveshaft was out of balance but it jumps around when it spins with no shafts in it. Junked it good I guess

Also the 80 had a bad hub with broken studs in it. I ended up drilling new holes in it. I could run 16 shcs in it if I need to

That is one sweet build. Nice work. Once it is all sorted out it will be one tough truck

Thanks man. I'm starting to worry about the stock 80 shafts. I mean they are no bigger than the sterling shafts.

I've heard some quality problems with Moser but don't really know. I was thinking yukon because a shop local has them in stock

I got the 80 in. The sterling ended up having a bent pinion shaft and broken teeth on the ring gear

I cut the spindles off the 80 and welded the bearing surfaces then turned them on the lathe. While they were off I bored them for the 37 spline shafts. 1.630"

Welded the tubes to the center section and used an 1 5/8 alignment bar for the spindles
