The slim headed black ones are non-power only.
The fat headed ones are available power or not, with other options like heated and signal lights.

Either mirror can be used interchangeably, the fit difference is the size of the mounting surface.
Super Crews, with 4 full sized doors, had taller windows so the mirror mounting surface is bigger and will not fit the other body styles.
Super Cabs, with the smaller half rear doors and the single cabs with only 1 seat row and only 1 door per side use the same mirror mount type.

The difference can be see in my picture, with the bigger mount mirror for a Super Crew next to the smaller mirror that is mounted on my single cab.

Mounted mirror fits single cab and Super Cab. The mirror I am holding fits Super Crew only.
