Well it's like this... I love it if not solely because it is a Flareside box! The Ford lettering is 62-64 as are the turn signals but that is a 65 grill. The cab does appear to be 61-63. The seller specs a clean title but the Ford issued V.I.N is on the frame which the seller states is a 1979, so most jurisdictions will consider it a ubuild truck. Be careful and check with your local authorities first!

Hood side emblems are 1963/64.
Upper grille panel with FORD letters is 1962/64.
Grille is 1965.
Parking lamps appear to be the original 1961/64, installed in the 1965 grille.
There were no F150's until 1975.
I'd be leery of the frame swap, because the VIN's won't match.
