4x4 Quigley

Would anyone happen to know what axle would be found under my brothers E350 4x4, not sure of the year , its a bulletproofed 6.0 diesel. He needs new hubs and I was planning on getting him a set of Warns to replace the existing manual hubs

Thanks

What year? I think they may have used a custom Dana 60 with Chevy outers and brake parts, until Ford switched the vans to 8x170 bolt pattern and then they got Ford F350 axles. If you call Quigley with the vin, they can answer any of your questions.

Its definitely not 8x170 bolt pattern. He's using the set of Weld wheels I had on my Dodge 2500 before it was wrecked, they are 8 x 6 1/2"

Im gonna have to see if I can get the VIN without him seeing me as the hubs are going to be a gift

Best thing would be to either contact Quigley with the vehicle's VIN or build # and they should have documentation of what they did to it. Or take it to a local 4 X 4 shop. Or Google a page like this that shows a bunch of diff covers:
Differential Identification | West Coast Differentials
Or post a picture of it and maybe someone can tell you what it is by looking at it.

I have a 88 E250 van with quigley conversion and it has a dana 44 front but the knuckles are accepting of the original dual piston calipers, rest looks like GM dana44 parts. best talk to Quigley so you end up with the right parts , but if its just locking hubs you are buying, post some pics and you will receive all the help you could need here.

If its a Diesel, there's a safe bet its a D60 from an F350

I have an 02 5.4 Quigley. Call Quigley with the build# or the VIN. They keep very good records. Mine has a 3500 series GM axle on the front. I think they did that because of the Ford "high pinion".
