Super duty downgrade
Hello this is my first post.bear with me please.I would like to put a motor from a 2000 f450 s.d.crew cab v10triton. Automatic trans into my 92 f450current motor 7.3 idi manual 5 speed.is it even possible to do this crazy swap thank you in advance .

As superdutyscaler indicated it's going to take some work. Do you have a V10 already? Are you looking at purchasing one? The wiring will be the biggest pain to try and get everything working and if you live somewhere they do year inspections that could be headaches if everything doesnt function correctly ( warnings lights on the dash cluster wise I mean)

You will need an electrical diagram to use the factory harness. If it was the same vintage the engine harness may plug into the chassis harness but you are at least one generation out.
