Pullrite hitch

I have a line on a 10k pull-rite travel trailer hitch. The owner says all he has is the frame and the swivel piece. All the "other stuff" I would have to track down separately. What is all the other stuff? I've seen pictures of these but I thought the frame and swivel were the whole thing. What else is he referring to?

Thanks!

how you going to mount it to your frame? They are not universal.

I was under the impression that they were pretty much all custom mounted to the rig, and that only Pullrite did the installs at their single location. Not that it would be impossible to replicate what they originally did with a decent fab shop.....
Maybe by his description he only has the round lower frame that the swivel part rides on and the moving hitch tube itself and whats missing is the parts that connect the lower rail to the truck frame, the hangers to put a name on them. "?"

yes, I agree. A welding shop should be able to mount, but as I discovered hardware availability other than replacement bearings is not much. I actually bought one from Camping World decades ago, long before they stopped carrying them. Great design, worked extremely well and very easy to hitch up. More recently I picked up a used one for $25 I was going to use, but would have to carry the spare tire in the bed so it ended up at the recycler's.

He said he had a couple of frame and we could try to find one that fits or can be made to fit. I have a good fab shop here, but I don't know about tracking down any "extra" parts. I still don't know what these extra parts are or where I would find them but it doesn't sound like this is going to work out.

Yeah, try to find a Hensley or ProPride.
