how about having a page of thumb nails where you can access any picture that is on anyones gallery, thumbnails are quite small files, but i suppose entering all the code in to link a thumbnail to a gallery is what the pain is.

Have you tired clicking the hyperlink > View User's Gallery<?

That's darn close to what you are asking.
One click > to whole gallery <

yeah i have done that, i like that feature alot, what i was saying though is wouldnt it be nice to have a page that has all the thumbnails from all pictures in the galleries, then you could just scan the pictures and click on what you wanted to see. without having to go to one's user gallery to find the thumbnails. Kinda like the feature on windows where you can view all files as thumbnails and see what you clicking on. although you wouldnt really be able to tell who's picture it was you were clicking on until after you clicked it.
