Click on the "Vehicle Chat" button and ask for a status update: https://www.ford.com/help/contact/ But my experience has been that there's not much info provided there either. Us 350 guys are kind'a left in the dark. No COTUS entertainment (sounds naughty). I've been checking in with my dealer every week or two.
The only good info I've been able to get is from my dealer. They gave me the VIN and a build week of 8/7. I tried to get info from Ford chat today and all they could tell me was my order was processing and I have an expected delivery date of 9/6 that is subject to change.

Same for me. Apparently us F-350 owners don't get the same reporting for whatever reason.
In Canada, with the VIN, you can phone Ford of Canada and they will be able to give you an ETA. Also, look up my thread regarding Vehicle Order Processing I think. Can phone Ford with VIN, and other info and as like you are the dealer for info. The best info is from your dealer, they can look up their order online and give you ETA. Also, the Vehicle Order Receipt can be given to you from the dealer. The window sticker can be looked up by the VIN if it has been scheduled to be built (not accepted but scheduled I think). Hope this helps.
