Ok guys I need help, truck ran good parked it last night, tried to start it this morning ,would not fire at all.sounds like bad cps but I get about 200 rpm when cranking, oil is full,WTS light comes on,fuse no 22 is ok,hpop was about11/4
Inch low, figured this was due to cranking, filled back up,will get a new cps from ford tomorrow. 95 f350 380000 miles.
Thanks jim
Does the dash oil pressure "gauge" move after cranking for a bit? If so, the lube oil pump is producing "enough" pressure. You can also check the HP reservoir after cranking a while; should remain within 1" or so of the top.
Thanks I didn't think about that,I did look at the rpm but not the oil gauge,I filled the hp reservoir and it dropped about 1"after cranking will check the oil pressure gauge tomorrow, thanks again.
