Bumpside T-Shirt

I'm considering doing a Bumpside T-Shirt and seeing if there would be any interest? Obviously the more we get the cheaper the price per shirt would be. I was thinking of having a profile pic of a bumpside on the back of the shirt that would span the shoulder blades. I'd like to incorporate a txt with it as well, something like "BUMPSIDE " etc. and a txt on the front left breast area.

I'd like to keep colors to a minimum but will check into what options we have. And the cost incurred.

So I'd like to see how many shirts we'd be looking at and then I'll work on some designs and post them in this thread and get final pricing.

Before orders are placed i only ask shirts will be pd prior. Shipping will be included in price. I'm just looking at covering my cost for the shirts.

I'm open to designs and ideas for txt and colors.

Additionally I posted a poll to gauge interest, along with color options. So you may vote YES OR NO ALONG WITH COLOR PREFERRED.

POLL IS OPEN FOR 2 WEEKS. After closing I'll be gathering info on shirts.

Thanks

Justin

My college housemate had his own silkscreening business. I helped him out during large productions or when he was shorthanded.

Some things to think about:

1. The "industry standard" for decent T-shirts are Hanes "Beefy T's". They feel good and aren't paper thin like some shirts. White is the cheapest.

2. The universal size Large, then the next proportion are XL. 3x and 4x typically cost a couple of bucks more than Large and XL shirts.

3. The more colors, the more the cost since each color requires its own "separation" and screen.

4. Keep in mind ya can't legally use trademarked logos and scripts without permission of the trademark owner.

I'd like to do s 50/50 blend or something close as they won't shrink like a cotton shirt. My wife just recently had shirts made for her school and they're a 70/30 blend and soft I'd like to see how they hold up after some washes. Nothing worse than buying a nice shirt and it shrinks.

As for colors id like to offer a few colors but depends on pricing. It may just be a single color.

Yes trademarks gotta be careful I don't plane to use "FORD" or anything of the such. Thinking more of a profile sketch and using 67-72 bumpside txt etc.

I'll have a price breakdown for all the sizes I'm guessing xl and 2X will be the most popular ones

Salty Dog is a graphic designer. You should ask him about doing the design. I checked out his website and he does great work.

That other time was a long time ago. You wouldn't be stepping on any toes.
