Not sure if Cargo trailers are the same as rv's but basically all rv's are made within about 25 mins from me. But if they are the same and makers here ship cargo trailers country wide I would reccomend a trailer made by M.S.I. (Mobile Structures Incorperated) I think. I have a 2000 16' cargo trailer from them and despite the salt and winters here is still in great shape. Have quite a few friends with MSI trailers also that are very happy.
Look for a used horse trailer. Might take some cleaning, and keep in mind most are a bit narrower than a cargo trailer, but you can find them with locks on all the doors. (might require some cleaning first though)
I fell into a deal. One of my co-workers was sitting on an enclosed snowmobile trailer he hadn't used in a couple of years. I haven't taken pictures of my red trailer that I bought from him, but it's one of these (Charmac):
Here are the Three Amigos: Right to left - "Flatso", "Me & 'er", and I haven't named the red one yet. "Red" crossed my mind, but we already used that name for the sail boat autopilot (gas can bungied to the tiller). The sail boat is gone, but we still have the autopilot.
