Stuck rear wheel

Hello -

I have 2003 Ford Expedition. I was changing the rear brakes, but the rotor will not come off and the wheel will not turn.

Could this be a frozen parking brake?

Thanks
Harry

Try the bolt pusher method of removing the rotors. Usually works very well. No heat, no pounding on it with a hammer. Just get a couple of 3" long 1/2" threaded bolts, 4 washers, and 4 nuts. Here's a how to video.
The rotor won't turn with the truck in neutral ?

Parking brake still set? If not, pretty common in cold winters areas with salt use. Nice method above.
