Curious to know which is the best leveling kit for a 2WD?

I didn't extend my shocks at first and rode that way for about 5 years or more. Then, once Chris went the route of extending his due to a broken shock, I replaced my stock length shocks with some with longer travel and the bolts extenders in the same way that Chris did, and my ride is significantly improved!!

I don't mind adding longer travel shocks, but I don't want to have to cut anything off the truck and then rethread it as I saw from some posts above. Don't you have to do that when you say "bolt extenders"?

Daystar makes some shocks for a leveled 2wd truck with no modification required, but when I tried a set, they were about as bad a ride as worn out factory shocks that should have been replaced 50k miles ago.
