i have a 2010 F250 cabelas edition.

my mirrors can be electrically folded in. Today when folding the mirrors my passenger side mirror only moved 1" in and stopped. I can hear the motor working but the mirror doesn't fold. Any chance this is an easy fix?

 

I don't believe there is a way to disassemble the mirrors safety without breaking parts, you could remove the mirror and use a spray lube to grease the pivot points? Maybe it's just dry

 

Just push it all the way in manually, then use the button to put them both back out. Should be fine sfter that. Like whacking the old tube tv's...

I've done that with mine.
