2008-2016 super duty differences
I own a 08 f350, thinking about upgrading to newer model, my concern is about the major problems in maintenance requirements.. what bothers me on the 08 are the EGR and PDF.. I live in Hawaii no open roads so my exhaust doesn't keep properly recently had a manual regen.. I'm thinking about flash/ delete PDF EGR. This should bypass my regen process with some to little risk..
what I'm getting to is did ford do away with cleaning the exhaust filter yet EGR / PDF bull****? Is there any new problems?
Since the cost of diesel is $1 more a gallon would it be worth it to buy a gasser? Advice and input is welcomed with thanks 🤙🏽
