2002 ABS system causing soft brakes

2002 ABS system causing soft brakes
Have a 2002 F150 5.4l and has codes C1095 and C1096. The brakes are firm for the first 1/2" then they go right to the floor. I pulled the 50 amp fuse under the hood and the connector on the abs pump and still no change.
Any suggestions? Maybe an internal leak on the master cylinder?
