Hot hardstart NIGHTMARE!!
1982 ford e150 vanK, all new!! New crate motor less than 1k new dizzy upgrade Ford 302 with motorcraft 2150 just had professionally rebuilt. Here my issue, first thing in morning one pump of gas and fires up beautifully! After engine is up to running temp, turn off and if I start it again immediately it fires up nice, wait 1min to and hour and it acts like it's flooded and I have to foot to floor while cranking and it finally starts up but all crappy and blows a bit of black smoke out the pipe, after that runs great, messed with choke housing rich-lean lean-rich in between and same thing. What am I'm missing, this is after the carb rebuild and just installed it back on motor today.. help!

It's probably the crappy ethanol fuel boiling out of the float bowl and flooding the carb. I installed a 2150 on my Eagle I used to have and it would do the same exact thing. Maybe try using non ethanol fuel and see if it still does it. A heat shield may need to be installed under the carb.
