Looks ok, but it will pull in hot engine air. It is not a true ram-air because it doesn't pull in outside air.
Also you would have to relocate your mass-air sensor or something or it will only see 1/2 of the air being drawn into the engine causing a very lean condition.

In the pictures it looks like the MAF has probably been moved to right in front of the throttle body.
I really wonder how much difference the 2 filters will make over 1. The engine cant suck in that much more air anyway and if you look closely you'll see that the air intake tubes still neck down to the smaller size right before the throttle body anyway.
The throttle body will flow a heck of a lot less air than the 2 filters and pipes so to me it seems like a waste of time and money.
