Intermittent Starting Issues

Recently bought a 2011 F150 with the a Coyote motor. Truck now has 69,xxx miles on it. I love it so far. Plenty of power for normal driving and I took a 2000 mile trip pulling my 6500 pound RV and the truck pulled the RV like a champ without any issues. There is something I'm noticing though that I'm not sure is an issue or not.

Whenever I fill the truck with gas I have trouble getting it to start. Most times the first attempt will almost immediately stutter and kick off. Then on the second try it takes a few seconds of turning over before it catches, then will stutter for another second or so before actually starting and idling. Best comparison I can give is that its similar to when you'd try and start an old carbed engine after letting it sit for a little while. You have to let it turn over for a couple seconds, then give it some gas. Its never failed to start on the second try, but its still a tad disconcerting.

I'm inclined to think it may have something to do with the capless fuel filler cap. This is the second vehicle I've had with one, but the other was a Fusion that was brand new, so of course it didn't have any issues. There are no CELs up, and it runs great otherwise. Should I be worried and should I look into getting something looked at?

Are you "packing" in the fuel? I've heard of issues with the vapor canister causing problems.
