I have a spare 10.25 and swaybar from a '91 or '92 F-250 sitting in the garage. Was looking at the swaybar today. Realized the 10.25 and 10.5 are basically identical. So threw it up under the Excursion for mock up.
other than the passenger shock shield, it looks almost like a direct bolt-on. The frame even has 3 holes in approx correct location. The end-links sit flush against outside edge of frame-rail and don't interfere with leafs at all.
The only iffy thing is the rubber location. I highlighted what I mean. Green dots is original location on the '92. to work with the X, rubber would be as shown on outer edges of green
Thoughts? I'm about to install new leafs, so I'll grab some grade 8 bolts and install it once at final ride height. It looks like +2" of height will have the bar sit parallel with ground. I'm bored waiting on the Fed-Ex man to deliver parts
