Anyone hearing any speculation yet? Was going to pull the trigger today, but I might as well wait until next week and see what happens. I hope they don't get worse
In the same boat. Truck came in Tuesday but by the time i get there it will be thursday of next week. hoping that they go up more. I only have 1k in rebates.....we shall see. hopefully patience pays off....
Go to your Dealer's fleet department, not the sales showroom. Maybe you have to have a business, I am not sure. If you need to have a business, print some business cards...
I was at my dealer today doing the final paperwork since truck should be here anytime. We talked about new rebates and they don't know what they will be so I committed. I had $3500 in rebates so I just went ahead and got it done as I was happy with the deal I got which was $500 under invoice less rebates.
X-plan is basically invoice and you can always do better than that.
You also don't need to have a business to deal with the fleet guys. Best way to go IMO.

Those are really good rebates? Where do you live?
I ordered with military, f250, and financing which I'm preapproved to refi right away. That was 2750. Plus xplan, and negotiated lower with a competing, written offer from another dealership.
Holdback is 3% fyi. Plus dealer prep (limited with xplan).
Correction...$3250 in rebates. Can't add.... I'm in Oregon. $1000 cash back, 750 for XLT, 750 to finance with Ford (will refi with CU after one payment), and $750 private offer (Brochure).
I joined the Mustang Club of America for $25. Part of the membership is being able to use X-plan. American Quarter Horse Club as another, and they have some rebates available to their club at times. Also depending on where you work, some companies have access to X-plan.
X plan is a partnership employee price, not what I get working for a Ford dealer, or someone who actually works at Ford. Good price, it does protect you from some of the interesting pricing difference with doc fees and stuff, but you can still do a little better... though if you have a trade I would take X plan and simply focus on the trade.

Not needed for X plan, and the rebates that do require having a business.... save your money, business cards DO NOT QUALIFY. It's not Ford's first day giving out rebates....
