Question Flywheel swap

I have a 1979 F350 4x4 with an internally balanced pre '79 460 and NP435 4-speed, I used the 351/400 bellhousing and due to this being a low budget necessity swap on my daily, a 390 flywheel with 3-finger 390 clutch. It has worked for 2 years now, but now I'm ready to swap it out for a diaphragm style clutch so I'll have full pedal travel. My question is, is the Ford Performance FE Flywheel 184T 0 Balance PART #M-6375-N427 the right flywheel that I need?
Thank you in advance.
