35/12.50/18 is about the largest you can go without a lift. Some folks will tell you that you can go 37s but I can guarantee you will rub bad if you go off-road with that size.
It seems that 295/70R18 is a very popular no-lift size and some are running 285/75R18, which has a more limited selection of available tires, but is similar in overall dimensions.
Depends on the tire as far as what is available too...I'm looking at the BFG KO2. My supervisor got some on his truck and they look great on it. So far no complaints from him
Earlier this year I upgraded to a larger size tire - a new set of Toyo Open Country AT2 in LT285/75R18 - they are 34.8" in diameter.
There was no rub in front even at full lock to lock (although I do have an aftermarket bumper) or at the rear when loaded.
Here is a pic with them on - I was testing rub at the rear - I did not drive like that...
Two weeks later I swapped them out under the Toyo 500 mile warranty as they constantly vibrated the truck even after multiple balance attempts by Discount Tire - I think it is the heavier "XT construction" of the larger tire that is required to get the extra 400 lbs of load capacity.
I went back to LT275/70R18 in the same Toyo Open Country AT2 tire - these are the largest size that is not made with the XT construction - and they drive like a dream.
For the tires I'm considering (BFG KO2) these are the sizes available...

LT255/70R18
LT265/60R18
LT265/65R18

I have a 2014 Platinum with 20 inch rims. I've been told from a friend managing at Bell Tire that I can go with 295/65/20's in the Toyo ATII. They run a little "smaller" by nature of the design. I was also told by almost every shop I called that I could run 285/70/20s all day long. No level. Stock truck.
I've heard that the KO2's don't hold up well to the weight of heavy trucks. Debating those or the Toyo ATII's my self.
Discount told me that the KO2s were just redesigned....they now have a 10 ply sidewall so they should be on par with everything else on the market
No such thing as a 10 ply side wall on radial pick up truck tires. They'll be 2-3 ply side walls with probably 5-6 tread plys depending on the size and load rating.
As for your question, 325/65r18s on stock rims rub radius arms so im going with 285/75r18 Goodyear Duratracs when they become available
