I saved a bunch of money for this trip, thinking I could let loose and not worry about expenses, gas prices, buy extra souvenirs, etc.. but I am spending all of that extra on truck maintenance, CB parts, etc.. things that I have needed for a very long time, but never had the money to purchase till now. Now I am rushing to get it all installed and am hustling to do family things so I can have a little time to do truck and Jeep things.
Ugh I had the air conditioner break- truck needed maint- battery bad in explorer- all in the last 2 days :-( Wife was threatening to cancel co trip (as she does every year) but its still on.
I was able to do a return on the 70 dollar tool to extract broken spark plugs, because I didn't even open it to use it, none broke. (Thank goodness)
I also sent back the two coils 40 dollars each that I had ordered for cylinders 6 and 8.
Hopefully I can get a quick refund on those before I leave.
That ought to free up a little money for the trip.
Well, with breaking the end of the slave cylinder off, I got a chance to spend my money again, new slave cylinder is 90 bucks and some change. Yay me!!! : (
