I finally picked up my truck Friday, 6.7 F350 CCLB. That day I learned two things real quick. One thing is that this thing revs real quick, I had to make a quick turn around on a country road and when I did I accidentally put it in manual mode instead of drive and didn't know it. As soon as I took off, (and I was taking off normally) the thing was revved way up, not to redline but probably at least 3500rpm, it was crazy how fast it got there. The Cummins in my Ram that I just traded was nothing like that.
The other thing is that the antenna on this thing is way up there. I went to pull into the garage and when I pulled in the antenna hit, I about had a heart attack thinking the roof hit! So far, I really like the truck, although it only has about 300 miles so far!
Very nice. I just purchased my F250 2 weeks ago and it being my very first brand new vehicle ever it was like Christmas in June what a wonderful feeling. Hope you enjoy it.
I know the lightings not very good, but it's better than nothing. It has been good so far, just trying to drive it as much as I can so I can get the 1000 miles on it that they recommend before towing.

Just picked mine up this morning!!!! Finally the wait is over! The dealer honored my "old" rebates since I ordered when they were active. I got a total of $3,500 in incentives/rebates.
I already bought some husky wheel well liners that I'm going to install this weekend.

We almost went with Silver but the White Gold won out in the end! We also got the xlt with extended running board and after seeing yours, we're glad we did. ours wont be here until 8/15 or so...cant wait. Nice ride.

Are those 20" wheels on a XLT? Were they dealer installed?
Actually, I was thinking the same thing when I saw it.
LOL, nothing gets past you guys when it comes to these trucks!! Yes, they are 20" wheels. I bought them a few days ago from a guy who lifted his truck and put bigger wheels on his truck. The set only had 20 miles on them. I asked the dealer to pop them on for me when I was getting the paperwork filled out when I was buying the truck.
