Depends on the person emailing, if they have a ton of questions and endless emails it gets very frustrating.
Painful to have a pot head in the mix, why is he involved with your truck settlement?

 

The pot head decided that he needed to play a role in this for whatever reason, all I know is there's a statement in CPS possession with him saying its not my truck. I think I've seen him once and he was trying to tell me he was a 'major biker ' and I just walked away because he's a typical Calgary moron. My insurance is trying to get a hold of James so he can tell them its not his truck, but he won't return the calls as apparently my insurance company is a bunch of ****'s trying to blame him for the accident. My insurance is pushing the fact that I've owned the truck for 3 years and have had it insured in my name the entire time and have 2 more identical to it .

 

Insurance and registration is all the proof you should need, sounds like you have a real ding dong for an adjuster.

It happens when the adjustor isn't on the ball. It's all too common, I've had my share of them.

 

One would think so except for this statement and James refusing to return a phone call to verify that he doesn't own it. Someone now has an excuse not to do their job.

 

Adjustors don't seem to need an excuse.

The way things are going I'm hoping for an early spring to make up for the early winter..
