We had just enough to keep the fires out of our back yards, but there was some that were getting rather close for comfort..

Fire hazard is still very high here, likely will be till it snows.

Yes but it was a bitter sweet harvest. Not sure how much that will effect rent rates or land values.

Grain, cattle prices set land values, land values set rental rates.

They can't afford the feed so the slaughter plants are flooded, farmer`s prices go down and store prices go up.

There will be a shortage for at least a few yrs so I would say yes.

Once the prices climb I doubt we'll see them come back down very much..
