Miles Oil (Lubricants)

So the maintenance minder in the wife's Honda Fit came on last week and she asked if I could change the oil. I stopped at Walmart and found a Fram filter and a jug of 0W20 was going to cost me just under $30, really $30 to do your own oil change for a 4 banger Honda?
So I went to Amazon and typed in 0W20 motor oil, and found this 5 gallon pail of Miles full synthetic for right at $50 delivered to my front door, and Wix filters on rock auto for about $5 a piece when ordering 10 at a time.
I noticed Miles makes a synthetic blend 5W20 also and it's like $32 for a 5 gallon pail at Walmart, Has anyone tried it in their Excursion? They have synthetic for $52, but I think my Ex is used to the blended stuff. Any thoughts?

Nothing to add on the miles oil, however my Excursion lived a good while on the synthetic blend and I had no issues when I switched it to Penzoil Platinum full synthetic. Do you have a good clean way to meter oil from a 5 gallon bucket? I picture that being a messy process.
