My 2013 ford f150 4x4 ac does not blow very cool air . We have charged the compressor and that did not work. Then we Vac it down and replaced the expansion valve and recharged the compressor, still the same. Any advise? Also on the max high setting the blower is really loud?
Common complaint and many discussions going way back now - research it on this forum. We drive a short bed regular cab 4x4 with 5.0 all over New Mexico, quite hot in summer and especially now. The a/c works OK (not great early on, eventually gets better) in that smaller cab, but if you have a crew cab, I imagine it is a problem. Not sure there is an easy answer and probably will have to modify design of system. Think a lot of this sort of problem is due to meeting EPA fuel standards.

I have a 2013 Lariat 5.0 screw and AC works fine for me. I am in Central Texas where it is hot and humid.
Check the sun-load sensor on the dash. I've noticed how on sunny days the ac will be much colder than on cloudy days. It gets in the upper 90's and is super humid here in KY; my AC works fine.
