I bought two 61 to 66 doors yesterday for a pretty good price. The seller said the one door was a lot heavier. He said maybe cause it still has all the internals in it. I was a little suspect. Window regulators, door remotes, and glass don't weigh that much.
Here is what I found after I got the access panel off!
There must have been at least 10 pounds of fiberglass insulation in the bottom of the door!
That must REEK on a hot day!

I don't have the best sense of smell, too many sinus surgeries, but it didnt smell bad. That was the trash can lid and I did dump it in the trash can in the alley. So some building some where has their R value lowered a bit thanks to the mice. I am hoping they weren't home as I hauled the doors in the back of my CR-V.
