The ford gears aren't cheap, and no way to swap out ring and pinions quickly. Looking at a minimum of a days work for a very good seasoned mechanic to do it correctly. My concern for the OP is he has a truck with a tow capacity for 3.73 gears. I'm not an expert, but I don't think the dealer can change this unless ford is footing the bill and sending a new door jamb sticker?
So, what does the label indicate: as ordered, or as built? If as built, then a new label would be in order.

Ford gear swap
The dealer charge for the gear swap would be $ 4000 Canadian. They use Ford products only. The same price as most shops.

Ive got about 1800 in my gear swap done by a very reputable 4x4 shop. They also gave a 1 year warranty. My gears are Yukon, because they are the only ones cutting 4.88's and 4.56's for the rear. I believe most US dealers charge 2-2500 for a gear swap.

2017 f350 super cap 8ft box fx4 camper package srw GVW 11500. Will be used for camper future 34ft 5th wheel.

Quite a bit of difference in the rated capacity for 3.73 vs 4.30 gears. I would make sure my truck has the correct info on it. That 5th wheel would be pushing the capacity with 3.73's, especially loaded.

This is a brand new truck you ordered the way you needed it. Don't settle for good enough. Chances are there would never be an issue, but what if you have a wreck one day, and the insurance company gets involved and looks at what your pulling vs the rating of the truck. They could care less that the dealer stuck 4.30's in it. Just gives them ammo in court.

The dealer checked with Ford engineers for gear swap. I will check with Ford dealer for correct load tow spec and new door stickers if required. I will also check if rated as ordered.

No problem. I'm not the weight police by any means. I've towed and hauled well over capacity many times in the past. But I was always aware of the risk. Just don't want you thinking your good to go and then get blind sided one day, be it from insurance or law enforcement. I don't know how it is in Canada, but we have some states that are a lot more strict than others with non commercial weight enforcements.
