What does it means to send somebody reps? I've also read people say that they were in "Rep jail" and couldn't send reps. I've seen this on several posts but I don't understand what it all means. Can someone explain this to me?
I'll do it (but only for the reps I'm sure you'll send me). At the top of my post in the blue bar are 4 things:
Time post was made
Post number in the thread (# with number next to it)
Reps button (this is what you'll want to hit for me)... (picture with scales)
Report post (for things like selling/harassing/begging for reps)... (looks like a yeild sign)
To be in rep jail means you already repped someone to soon. This is based not on time but on number of other people you've repped since that person. Rep me and then try to rep me again. It won't let you until you rep some stupid amount of like 1,000 other people.
Go ahead, give it a shot! My button is just up and to the right
I think that you are limited to ten reps per day and that you have to rep something like 25 or 30 other folks before you can rep the same person again.
I give reps for good posts that are either helpful, funny or someone doing a good turn for another member. They are just a nice way to say thanks and give a pat on the back. (And if you accumulate enough of them you can redeem them for a new F-150)
To see the most recent reps that you have received click on the "User CP" tab at the top left of the forum screen. .

This is not true, it's been upgraded to the new Bronco. Once it comes out you hit the "Redeem" button and it'll be delivered to the nearest dealership.
