I just noticed this too as I hooked my trailer up for the second time. First time was to just set up fifth wheel hitch and play with the trailer set up menu. Mine had 244 mile accumulated. This has something to do with selecting "no active trailer" or something like that. I figured this out after I noticed my gauges on start up were always on the trailer screen. Hope this makes sense.
That is the miles you have on each trailer you are using. When you unhook a trailer if it don't show no active trailer you have to select no active trailer so you don't continue putting miles on your trailers ACCUMULATED MILES. You can zero it by holding down on it. Just name your trailers when you build them in the trailer set up and you can keep track for your maintenance records.
I was thinking it was accumulated towing miles. It is cool that it will keep track of miles on each trailer. Nice feature.
However, my accumulated miles seem to be adding up faster than my driven miles (e.g. Drive 1 mile - add 2 miles to accumulated miles, drive 2 miles add 4, etc.).
