After posting this thread, I, just for grins called my local big city Ford dealership.
Parts guy verified the part number I got from the Ford site. He said "clear & red". About $10. Said it will be here either tomorrow or Friday. I will be really happy if it really comes "clear & Red".
I'll let y'all know how it comes out.

The part came in. It was the all red one.
My local Ford parts guy was very helpful and went into the system to look up the last p/n for the Clear & red one. 1C3Z13731AA
Called the 3 dealers on the list. One in Louisiana said no. One in NY phone # wrong, and another in NY actually had one. It's on the way. $25 counting shipping.
I may have got one of the last one's in the country.
You may want to ck with your local dealer ship and have them do a see if they can find one, somewhere.

I got a whole set off a guy not too far from me that does a whole lot of custom fab work for $5 - used was the only way I could find the things. He said he found an aftermarket maker for them, but they never fit just right so he threw the ones he had out.
I didn't know they stopped making them, I figured it was one of those where the dealership was asking an arm and a leg for em. Never even called - but glad I know to handle the things with the utmost care now.
