And yes, part of the idea behind the lock box was to lock up my concealed carry when going places I can't bring it in with me.

Wow, nicely done! Question - is there any reason you mounted the speak connection for the sub on the back instead of the bottom? Or do you have another plan to hide the wires?

Just interested. Thanks!

I had a few thoughts on it.

I know this is an old thread but I was searching about speakers and this came up. I do a lot of woodworking and I gotta say I'm very impressed. Good job

Thank you much! I learned a lot from my parents. I actually prefer working with steel but do enjoy wood projects from time to time. My current woodworking project is a 4x8 chicken coop and current steel project is welding up sheep pens, horse stalls, and a round bale feeder. None of those are really truck related so haven't posted anything here. The tractor has been making excellent use of my new Shaver post driver though!

I think I do have another thread on this site about my stereo install including how to get larger, round components in the front doors. I'm not sure what you're looking for specifically.

I ordered some Kicker door speakers and was looking to see if anyone has used the Kicker Key amp and the kicker sub woofer.
