Just got mine done today. Went with standard since I am installing a BakFlip F1 cover over the bed. Same thing I did on my '15 F350. Never faded. If I wasn't putting a cover on the bed, I would have gone with premium.
Make sure they torqued the bed bolts properly, mine were just barely tight so in turns I was getting a popping noise, the torque is supposed to be 129 ft lbs.
I recently had my bed treated with Line-X also. After reviewing the different options I decided on the Pro version. The Pro was described to me by the installer as much tougher/harder than the Standard. They said they only recommend it to commercial users. I use my truck in such a wide variety of uses I decided to install the Pro.
Here is a link to the Line-x site and part way down on the page you will find descriptions of the six different options.
I decided against the UV versions (Premium and Platinum) as I was told those have a sheen finish that can rub off and scratch with heavy use.
Emphasis on the heavy use.
We've done a bunch of Line-X jobs, at all quality levels. What it really comes down to is the following:
Standard: Thinner, no UV protection. It weighs about 75 lbs or so less than the Pro version (entirely in reduced amount of material). It's a cheaper version for those who are more price conscious and it survives abrasion reasonably well.
Premium: Standard, with UV protection. The UV protection is a clear-coat over the basic liner material. This does two things. First, it protects the liner from fading in sunlight. Second, it fills the rough texture of the liner so it doesn't accumulate as much road grit, dust, etc. It cleans out a lot better. We've abused Premium liners with heavy pallets, with loads of gravel, steel crates, you name it. We've never worn through the UV topcoat. If you don't go with the UV liner, your liner will definitely look grungy after a while, even inside a cap or tonneau.
Pro: Heavier than the Standard. You'll notice mostly that it covers high spots a little more evenly and that it protects the metal better from impacts. Unless you are very price conscious, I'd go for Pro at a minimum.
Platinum: Pro plus UV. Same UV topcoat as above, and same benefits.
Ultra: Color matched. The matching costs extra (standard colors don't incur the upcharge), and the colored liners vary a bit in quality. You may get a little bit of streaking in the color. More importantly, some of the colors require more pigment and end up with less actual liner material, so they are slightly more fragile. This is probably not a problem if you are spending all this money for a color match because you won't be trashing the liner anyway. However, do understand that you can end up with a little more scraping damage. And despite the UV coating, some of the colors still fade. I'd go with a neutral color like the silver grey because it cleans out well and is very durable.
When you buy Line-X, you can typically get a 10% discount if you've bought a liner job before. And you have a lifetime warranty. There's a repair charge for major scraping and damage, since not all wear and damage is covered under the warranty. But if you go into a Line-X shop and negotiate, be aware that if you can come in on a slow day, or if you can bring your truck in on the same day that someone else is getting a Pro or Platinum job, you can save them the cleaning and prep time and get a better deal. Similarly, if you end up with some damage, you can often get a free touchup if you work with the shop and bring a six-pack of beer.
I was quoted $175-$200 to do both my bumpers on (while attached) the truck. Seems low compared to what I've read on this forum. Am I missing something?

I was quoted $900 (didn't have them do it) They cited the hours of labor needed to removed the bumpers full of sensors, etc. Seemed odd.
Accessory place that is doing mine sprays over the bed bolts, told me that if they are removed they are supposed to be replaced with new ones. Said it is because of the aluminum. Anyone heard that? Also, anyone ever use Gatorhyde?
I own a white platinum and will get a bed liner eventually. I don't want black. Thinking about color matching as well.
if you have the triple white...and are looking for a precise match...dont!
my dealer showed me the white and talked me out of it - he said 1) it won't match and 2) its won't stay clean.
I trusted 'em and went black w/ the UV protection, I'm very pleased...
