6.7 Shutdown Temperature Parameters

What are 2017 6.7 owners using as when to shut down the engine to allow for turbo temperatures that are low enough. I watch my engine oil temperature, and usually shut down the engine when the oil temperature reaches the 196-198 degree (or lower) range. Since the newer Super Duties no longer have a EGT gauge, just wondering if there are other parameters that can be used.

These are the perimeters I used with my 6.7. Oil and trans under 200, the time it took me to back the camper in, level, chock, and uncouple was plenty of time for things to cool down. Normal, non towing or loaded driving I never let it cool off, unnecessary idle time really.

x2. When I'm towing my camper, by the time I get off the highway, travel the back roads, pull in to check in and then get to the campsite, it is already cooled down. The only time I may let it run for a minute or two is when I pull into a rest area to grab a bite to eat. Even then the temps are not out of line.
