Uvch testing

My 97 7.3 has been giving me fits and it doesn't want to stay running. Runs for awhile then just cuts off. Already changed out the cps. Fixed it for 2 weeks did it again. Changed out the ipr and cleaned the connections on it and the icp ran for a few days better then ever then did it again. So I looked at uvch connections cleaned those with cleaner and tested the injectors came back with zero on all of them on the passenger side same thing with the glow plugs. Then just tested the front driver side same thing. Decided to pull the passenger side cover to take a look and everything looked to be in good condition and tested the uvch itself and it still came back reading zero. Maybe I meter is bad not sure but if it isn't what would be causing this issue. It stays running for various amounts of time from a few mins to 30 mins. Never any problem restarting it. And seems to be getting fuel with good 60psi. Unfortunately i don't have easy access to a reader. So I'm trying to narrow things down before throwing money at it. Plan to pull the driver side vc to take a look there but fell like it will be the same. Any suggestions. My next thought is the idm but I don't have access to a good one of those to test if mine is bad.

thanks in advance

The new cps, is it a motorcraft or international one? Our trucks don't like parts store ones. Did you ever see a check engine light? As you said it would be nice to see if there are any codes. Welcome to the forum!

And thanks I've done a lot of reading but have hit a dead end so here I am asking for help. Would like to do it myself but if not guess I'll have to take it some where. Just changed the oil also and checked the level right at full
