Canada vs US Remote access module saga continues
Went to install the remote access module and realized it is marked Canada version vs DL3Z-19A390-B for US version. Before i confront the dealer is this right or do I need the US version? And yes I live in the US.

I'm thinking if it's got a different P/N for US vs. Canada then you've got the wrong one. But, these units have a bunch of different P/N for what is essentially the same module. Did it come with a SIM card? Just guessing, but I'd think the only difference would be in the cell network. Perhaps the Canadian module uses a different network provider. In the states I'm told it's the AT&T network. It only takes a few minutes to plug both modules in (don't mount them), and call in the SIM card number to your dealer and see if they can activate it. If no joy take it back.

Hello, does anyone know if I have a Canada, or a USA model? I don't have the box anymore. Also, how can i get the PIN? My local ford dealer told me they cantcaget it, unless they install it. I know Pleasehelpbut I wasn't going to argue with the dipshht.. anyways please help! Thanks so much
