Ok apparently it was hydro locked. Turns over now. Put the plugs and coils back in and now it sounds like it not firing smh. I'm not sure what to try now.
Okay. Hydrolocked with what? Coolant, fuel or oil? Were you able to identify the source of the concern?

compression test to make sure you didn't bend a rod or wipe a cam lobe.
so is your coolant low, coolant mixed with oil or oil mixed with coolant?
one trick to try...let the truck sit over night....then unscrew the oil pan bolt slowly.....about the time you get to the last thread...if there is water...it will come out....oil does not come out until bolt is out. if you got water on the last thread....collect it and see if its coolant.....hydro locking senerios offten include head gasket problems.
I've owned quite a few 5.4's and never heard of hydro locking due to a leaking injector but I googled it and lo and behold apparently it's a relatively common problem on a 5.4.
Having ng said that, only option is to pull injectors and have them tested .
theres a lot of possible engine damage to include a bent piston rod in the cylinder that hydro locked.
Do you have a serpentine belt? If so, when you took it off to check your AC clutch, did you ensure that you did not throw the timing off by hand turning the crankshaft? Maybe a timing re-aligment is in order here. This could solve that uneven firing issue.
Ok here it is my truck is running now but I'm afraid to drive it the oil pressure drops then recovers. My cousin is a mechanic said to change the oil pump but everything I've read says the pump really does not have anything to do with pressure...
If your oil pressure is fluctuating under consistent throttle pressure then that would be indicative of an oil pump or gauge problem. Factory gauges usually just stay within a range and dont show the actual value, so you dont see the normal fluctuations. My rig has an actual gauge in it and when I'm idling it is at 20 psi and under normal cruising conditions it's at 60 psi and if I'm on a long climb and the engine heats up then it might drop to 40 psi. That's normal. If you're cruising along and lose oil pressure, that's not.
