dip stick adapter

I was poking around on E Bay and ran on to this.
Ford 7.3L Dipstick Tube Oil Pan Adapter Repair Kit oil adapter dipstick adapter | eBay I don't know who he is, but it is about half the cost of the gold nugget one.

I drove 5 hours to get one of those gold nugget ones. That's neat someone is making one but I had no problem spending the $300 on the other one as the original manufacturer who put the time into engineering it. It really saved me when I was in a jam.

I too purchased the "gold nugget" adapter, and was happy to get the 96 C&C back to work, without it marking its territory everywhere it went. But his price is way more appealing.

This looks like a brilliant design, sure and simple. I'd buy one today if my dipstick were leaking.
