I have 2 2011 F250. Before warranty was out the drivers side pillar pull up broke off in my hand and my leg slipped in between the step up and truck and bruised and hurt horribly. Not too long after that the passenger side pillar pull up broke but was out of factory warranty and the ESP did not cover said it was cosmetic. Now on my other truck the passenger side has broken. Our family lightly uses them. Please I need help. This is a factory/design defect and at the cost of $270 to replace and install.
