My wife has a 2017 F150. Once in a while a screen will appear that she can't seem to find on the menu, and only appears every once in a while. Anyone know where how this can be accessed or why it randomly appears?

 

Software/hardware SYNC 3 glitch.

If her vehicle does not have the touch screen climate control feature, then i`d say an update or future SYNC 3 update is needed.

The above picture has popped up on many 2016 & 2017 owners screen even if they don`t have said features.

A master rest might clear it up.

Nothing to be concerned about.
