Fan speed control
I have a 2012 F150 STX with the 5.0 I have noticed that the fan doesn't seem to work, or if it is there is very little airflow when the dial is on 1 or 2. It works fine on 3 and 4. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be.

I'd start with replacing the blower motor resistor since it's both an obvious possibility and cheap. If that doesn't solve it then it could be a bad dash switch/control or the wiring.
