You can't use circuit 32. If you tie a hot in run circuit together with the hot in start circuit 32, then as soon as you turn the key to run the engine is going to start cranking.
Stick with using 20 and 16. The cleanest way to do it would be to pull the wiring at the ignition switch and bypass the resistor.
Next best would be to get the red/lightgreen from the original coil, and the white/lightblue from the original ignition module, and twist them together to feed your new ignition circuit.

Ah yes, you're right. Didn't think that issue through, that if 16 and 32 are connected the relay will remain energized. Good catch.
